Who can enter?
Entry is open to all UK-based firms and their employees operating in the supply of printed materials, including pre-press, printing and finishing firms and those who manage the supply of printed materials to other firms. You do not have to be a BPIF member to enter. Suppliers of materials, equipment and services to those that supply printed materials are not eligible.
Eligibility period?
Any activities taking place in 2007 and up to the closing date for entries of March 14 are eligible for inclusion. For the Improved Financial Performance award that is extended to ensure companies can show before and after report and accounts that provide evidence of the improvement to require Report & Accounts for three consecutive years.
What to enter?
Your 2000 word written submission, a high quality digital photograph that is suitable to represent the firm in JPEG format that is at least 20cm-wide at 300dpi and a digital file of the company logo that is also suitable for high quality printed reproduction. Please also have the applicable payment details ready, credit card details PO Number, etc, otherwise the site may time you out.
Within your entry include:
- Define and outline your point clearly
- Adopt a creative approach and show differentiation
- How the initiative is aligned to an organization’s priorities
- Tangible evidence of the project’s impact (financial results if possible)
The online entry process
Useful tip: Save your written entry to your desktop before uploading!
- Click “Register to enter”
- Enter your email address and preferred password
- Enter your details as well as your projects.
- Tick the declaration box
- Upload your entry
- Select the category you wish to enter
- Proceed to the payment page
Once you have paid and completed the entry process you may log out or upload another entry. You may also log back in to submit another entry or amend an existing entry.
Please note: you must continue to the payment page in order for your entry to be submitted and entry completed
What happens next?
Once you have completed all sections and made payment the entry is considered complete and you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please include full contact details so we can send you a confirmation that your entry has been received. If you have not had a confirmation 10 working days after you sent it please contact the Awards Helpline.

BPIF Members: £65 + VAT (£76.38 inc VAT)
Non-BPIF Members £90 + VAT (£105.75 inc VAT)
